Consent to Personal Data processing
NOTICE AND CONSENT REGARDING THE OPERATION OF A MINOR’S (14- 16 YO) PERSONAL DATA
These notice and consent are provided in accordance with the Law of the RA “On Protection of Personal Data” as of 18 May 2015 N 49-Ն (hereinafter – the “Law”).
Terms used in this document shall have the following meaning:
- i “Personal Data Operator” or “Foundation” shall mean the "UWC NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF ARMENIA" Charity Foundation, that in accordance with the Law organizes and/or performs the operation of personal data. Foundation’s address: 6 Baghramyan ave, Yerevan, Armenia;
- ii “Personal Data” shall mean any data relating to an individual, that permits or can permit to directly or indirectly identify the individual;
- iii “Operating of Personal Data” shall mean operation or set of operations, irrespective of the form and mode of implementation (including automated, with or without use of any technical means) thereof, which is related to the collection or stipulation or input or systematization or organization or storage or use or alteration or restoration or transfer or rectification or blocking or destruction of personal data or to carrying out other operations;
- iv “Subject of Personal Data” shall mean the individual, about whose Personal Data the notice and consent hereby are provided;
- v “Purpose” shall mean the legal purpose for which the Foundation operates the Personal Data, particularly –being included into the applicants database system; ensuring other purposes related to the possibility of the applicants’ additional education and personal development;
- vi “Third Parties” shall mean the schools and colleges of the UWC (United World Colleges) network, the Foundation’s related parties.
NOTICE
The Foundation hereby notifies on its intention to operate Personal Data.
Based on the Law and to ensure the Purpose the Foundation notifies of its intention to operate the following Personal Data of the Subject of Personal Data:
any Personal Data provided to the Foundation through the web-site or by any other means.
Based on the Law and to ensure the Purpose the Foundation intends to undertake the following actions with regards to the Personal Data: operate and use the Personal Data as defined by the Law, including to make decisions based on the Personal Data.
When necessary and in accordance with the provisions of the Law, the Foundation can transfer Personal Data to Third Parties.
Based on a relevant written notice, the legal representative of the Subject of Personal Data can request the correction, deletion of Personal Data, the suspension of Personal Data use, or request the undertaking of other action.
The Foundation intends to operate the Personal Data for an unlimited period of time.
The Foundation hereby confirms, that the Foundation undertakes necessary legal, administrative and technical means (or ensures the undertaking thereof) to protect the Personal Data from any unlawful access, use or action. The Foundation also undertakes to secure the confidentiality of Personal Data.
CONSENT
The Subject of Personal Data and his/her legal representative hereby confirm that they have been notified on the Foundation's intention to operate the Personal Data of the Subject of Personal Data (the “Notice”).
I/we hereby consent that the Foundation operates the Personal Data of the Subject of Personal Data in accordance with the Purpose, the procedure, conditions and scope stated in the Notice.
I/we consent that the Foundation operates the Personal Data of the Subject of Personal Data in any lawful manner and in accordance with all means not prohibited by the laws.
I/we consent that the Subject of Personal Data receives from the Foundation, UWC (United World Colleges) information on education programs and events, as well as on possibilities on additional education and personal development.
I/we consent that the Personal Data of the Subject of Personal Data can be transferred to Third Parties while undertaking activities to comply with the Purpose.
If the Foundation transfers its rights and obligations to any Third Parties, the Foundation can - in order to carry on respective activities- disclose Personal Data to Third Parties, their agents and authorized persons within the limits necessary, as well as to provide the laters’ with documents containing such Personal Data.
This Consent is given for an unlimited period of time, unless I and/or the Subject of Personal Data (after reaching the age of 16) recall this consent in writing by providing the Foundation a respective request.

I consent that the Foundation operates my Personal Data in any lawful manner and in accordance with all means not prohibited by the laws.
I consent to receive from the Foundation, UWC (United World Colleges) information on education programs and events, as well as on possibilities on additional education and personal development.
I consent that my Personal Data can be transferred to Third Parties while undertaking activities to comply with the Purpose.
If the Foundation transfers its rights and obligations to any Third Parties, the Foundation can - in order to carry on respective activities- disclose Personal Data to Third Parties, their agents and authorized persons within the limits necessary, as well as to provide the laters’ with documents containing such Personal Data.
Also I hereby accept and confirm that with appropriate modifications my consent is considered as given to all above-mentioned third parties and any other such third party can operate my personal Data based on this agreement.
